Being part of the Tamayouz Seminar at the University of Jordan was quite an experience. As a Tamayouz National Ambassador, I had the opportunity to engage with a vibrant community of architecture students who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making a meaningful impact through design.
The seminar was led by Ossaid Aleitan, who delivered an insightful presentation on Tamayouz’s vision, its programs, and the wide-reaching impact it has had on the architectural community worldwide. Through his presentation, students were introduced to the values of celebrating architectural excellence, promoting critical discourse, and emphasizing the social responsibility embedded within the practice of architecture.
The seminar also highlighted the Memorandum of Understanding recently signed between Tamayouz Excellence Award and the University of Jordan, a step that reflects a shared commitment to advancing architectural education and empowering young architects through global exposure and mentorship opportunities.
Tamayouz has always represented more than recognition; it embodies a belief in architecture’s power to challenge, inspire, and transform. It provides not only a platform for professional growth but also a community that values mentorship, innovation, and the continuous pursuit of excellence. It is a privilege to contribute to this mission as an Ambassador, supporting and inspiring the next generation of architects.
