Tamayouz launches the inaugural Arab Architecture Festival in Baghdad under the Patronage of the Prime Minister of Iraq

Tamayouz Excellence Award is proud to announce the launch of the inaugural edition of the Arab Architecture Festival – HEAR Baghdad 2025, scheduled to take place in the capital city of Baghdad from October 1st to 5th, 2025, under the patronage of the Prime Minister and the official hosting of the Prime Minister’s Office.

H.E The Prime Minister of Iraq, Eng. Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani received Tamayouz Award Founder Ahmed Al-Mallak, Tamayouz Middle East Coordinator Ossaid Al-Eitan and architect Manhal Al-Habobbi in preparations for Baghdad hosting the inaugural event.

This landmark event celebrates Baghdad’s designation as the Arab Capital of Tourism for 2025, marking the city’s first architectural gathering of this scale in decades. It represents a pivotal moment in the trajectory of contemporary Arab architecture and a renewed positioning of Baghdad on the regional and global architectural map.

  • To foster innovation and propose architectural and design solutions to urban challenges in cities.
