National Ambassadors Committee
The National Ambassadors Committee is a rotating leadership group that coordinates and develops the Ambassadors Programme. It supports strategy, collaboration, and implementation, ensuring the network remains active, aligned, and impactful worldwide.

Ambassador
Term
Each Ambassador will take the role for two years. Upon completion of the initial two-year term, the role may be renewed for subsequent terms upon mutual agreement between Tamayouz and the Ambassadors.
National Ambassadors
responsibilities
Focus on advancing Tamayouz Award’s mission, values, and initiatives. Ambassadors play a vital role in building relationships and raising awareness through events organized locally and virtually.
Represent.
You will act as representatives of Tamayouz within your country, ensuring unbiased representation and promoting the interests of all students, universities and participants.
Coordinate.
Plan and organise local and virtual events, workshops, Tamayouz Talks, and other activities promoting Tamayouz’s mission and engaging your region’s architectural community.
Support.
Provide support and guidance to participants in the Award, offering, advice and sharing your expertise to help them succeed. Highlight success stories, case studies, and achievements.
Raise awareness.
Promote Tamayouz’s initiatives, events, and projects to a broader audience. Utilize various communication channels, such as social media, presentations, and networking, to increase visibility and engagement.
Build relationships.
Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including professionals, students, and institutions, to create partnerships and collaborations that align with Tamayouz’s objectives.
Engage in outreach.
Reach out to potential members, sponsors, candidates and collaborators to introduce them to Tamayouz’s and opportunities for involvement.
Provide feedback.
Gather feedback and insights from local professionals and stakeholders to inform the development of Tamayouz’s programs, initiatives, and strategic direction. Provide quarterly progress reports, including feedback analysis, to measure impact and success.
Facilitate Connections
Act as a connector by introducing professionals, students, and organisations within your region to each other, fostering community and collaboration.
Stay Informed.
Maintain open communication with Tamayouz , sharing updates and insights from your region. Ambassadors play a crucial role in keeping Tamayouz updated with developments in their countries.
Content Creation
Create content, such as posters, videos, and podcasts, that align with Tamayouz’s mission.
Taking Initiative
Ambassadors are encouraged to proactively seek opportunities to promote Tamayouz. Rather than waiting for direction, they should identify local or virtual events, collaborations, and outreach opportunities that align with Tamayouz’s mission and values.
Sustainable Collaboration
Ambassadors are encouraged to develop sustainable initiatives that will benefit the community beyond their term. Collaboration with fellow ambassadors on impactful, cross-border initiatives is strongly supported to maximize reach and impact.
